About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but growing HR team and to have an impact in the development and delivery of the HR strategy and operational plan. This newly created role is varied, covering the provision of generalist HR advice and guidance to managers and staff, reviewing and implementing policies, procedures, terms and conditions, compiling and analysing data and supporting recruitment and retention strategies.
About you
Passionate about people, you will have proven HR experience and be fully or part CIPD qualified. You’ll have up to date employment law knowledge and employee relations experience, and ideally recent involvement with recruitment. You’ll have excellent communication and organisational skills, be a confident problem solver, able to work across a number of areas at the same time and be able to effectively manage your time and meet deadlines. Promoting dignity and trust, you will have experience of building relationships with mangers and working collaboratively as part of a team.
