About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a small but growing HR team. This is a key role within the business. We are looking for someone who has strong experience and has been a HR Administrator/Senior HR Administrator who can really take on the work, as the role is busy and varied and always developing.

You will be assisting in the efficient operation of the HR department, undertaking HR administrative duties and providing general administrative support to the team. You will be the first point of contact for queries, ensuring these are dealt with promptly and reliably, or signposting to the correct person where appropriate, and escalating the query where required.

About you

You need to be good with people and have an empathetic nature, good with systems, efficient, able to plan and manage tasks with competing deadlines and have a strong eye for detail. Up to date knowledge of employment legislation, including safeguarding, recruitment, data protection and equality, diversity and inclusion. You must have strong, accurate data entry skills as you will be keeping the various HR systems up to date.
